Terms of Use

This system is a private clinic management workspace for authorized ALSALEH Orthodontics staff. Access is granted by the clinic administrator and may be revoked when staff duties change.

Users must protect patient information, use their own account only, keep credentials confidential, and follow internal clinic data handling policies. All activity may be audited for security, operational, and compliance purposes.

Clinical, financial, messaging, file, and scheduling records must be entered accurately. Users are responsible for reviewing actions before submitting them, especially actions involving contracts, payments, patient communication, and AI-assisted commands.

The clinic administrator is responsible for configuring branches, users, permissions, integrations, backups, and production security settings before live operation.
