ALSALEH Orthodontics uses this system to manage patient records, appointments, treatment plans, imaging files, lab orders, contracts, billing records, and clinic communications.

Patient data is available only to authorized users according to their role and branch access. The system records audit events for sensitive changes, and administrative users can review access, approvals, and operational history.

Uploaded files and generated documents are stored in the configured clinic storage location. Production deployments must use secure transport, strong secrets, restricted server access, database backups, and the approved clinic retention policy.

External integrations such as WhatsApp, storage providers, Sentry, or AI services should be enabled only after the clinic administrator verifies their configuration, purpose, and data handling terms.
